I'm a bit puzzled by these cars... The one in the foreground looks like a DS (by the indicator trumpet), but is clearly monochrome, and early DS models (the white steering wheels changed to black in July 1959) were always two-tone (or black)... I think it is a Belgian built 1959 IDéal (cf the parking light on the B-pillar and the non-ribbed B- and C-pillar); French IDs didn't have painted roofs, yet.
The thumbnail seems to belong to the second one indeed. And there's only one sunvisor visible, which would indicate this is one of only 392 ID 19 Normale... But the Normale would have had black painted A- and B-pillars, though the info about this version is not very clear about this...

So by the steering wheel (which seems to be white), it can't be made after July of 1959, if I understood well. Let's say that this film was filmed in the 1960, so can be a car from 1959, not sold yet, I guess.

The white steering wheel was used on DS only until July 1959, but on ID until September 1964 ;)
Because of the single colour, the parking light on the B-pillar and the plain, non-ribbed B- and C-pillars it will be a Belgian built 1959 ID 19, more precidely a IDéal 19 because of the 'high level' trim. Since October 1959 these got ribbed pillars as well.

Ok. ;) So even more probable that in the 1960 it still is waiting for the new owner.
