It looks like they were built by MZiK factory in Yekatirinburg

So it was KVZ (if before 1954, later transferred to MZiK/ZiK plant to produce 0.75 ton forklifts), and if this is really EP-02/04 here.

Any idea how to tell if the one in the picture has a load capacity of 1.5 tons or 0.75 tons?

maybe the short pillar suggest 0.75 ?

the otherrone has longer pillar , use the operator for measurement

notice this also has a very small hole right at the endge of the front fender
