The IFA F9 had a smaller rear window, so I go for DKW 3=6

Hmm, it seems, Misha is right, if you look at the other F9's here: /vehicles_make-IFA_model-F9.html
A DKW 3=6 was rather unsual in the DDR, but before the 13.8.1961 it ws easier to get a Western car in the DDR. Even later on several interesting cars landed there, as we've seen.

P.S. The back lamps are from a Wartburg 311/312

I'm not so sure about that. Early 3=6 had a small rear window as well, and later ones had the three-piece window with pointed upper corners. This looks to me like a Wartburg 311 rear window fixed in a IFA...
