Riley 9HP "Monaco" (1934-36)
Fender has curved design and body seems build by steel (not by fabric),so I guess it 1934.
Monaco turned all steel body in 1934, but ugly modernized in 1937 and ceased.

The fabric centre panel in the roof can be seen, but this was indeed an 'all steel' body, earlier ones being fabric down to the waist at the rear. Most cars of the time had fabric sections to the roof to reduce the cost of press tooling. So called 'turret top' all steel roofs were introduced in the USA in 1934. Even cheap cars had sunroofs- it was little more expensive to design the roof so that the centre could be opened for the purpose.
