To be frank, it looks generic. The car appears to be LHD and has euro (supposedly french?) number plates and I don't see any obvious similarities to any old japanese car. |

No "Hindustan Ambassador" ofc. |

Renault Frégate, if I had to guess. In general, this is a typical European design, so I would like to listen to someone else. |

After all, could it be the classic 007's Aston Martin? The view is extremely similar, and it even seems to have an AM logo. |

Is this picture compressed in any way? Admittedly the Fiat behind looks correct width:height, but if you flattened and widened a Morris Mini 1000 Mk2 you'd create something very similar to what I can see. And I still can't make any other match - if there's a BMC smell the closest suggestion I can give is the obscure Aus-made Morris Major Elite, but too many differences, so rejected. |

Come on, dsl. You’re swithering. I’s a Mini. |

slon95l, you’re absolutely right, it’s an Aston Martin, more specifically an Aston Martin DB Mark III, it’s too wide and low to be a Morris 1000 and the bumpers, Grille shape and especially the narrow hood vent in the middle, bottom of the windscreen all scream that it’s the Aston |

We've been round the houses on this one , but A-M DB Mark III works for me ... Small curved rear window excludes any other suggestion made above. |
