 I think you should add the prefix letters (like "Holden EH Premier" here) to the name of the australian cars. It's quite important in Australia, like it is for BMW fans when they compare the different 3-series (E36, E46, etc.)

 Spoon is correct. That is actually a 1963 EJ Standard station wagon. Not an EH, and definitely NOT a "Premier".

 EJ Station Wagon this one I think is actually a special not a standard as it has chrome strips and specaial badge on front guard!

 I rather liked the way the shiela drove it crunching reverse when trying to get from 1st to 2nd on the three on the tree. She was a dolly though. Most of the fillum (town scenes) were done in Forbes which is 25 minutes to the south of Parkes. Parkes sadly has no earlyish buildings to create an authentic streetscape hence the choice of Forbes. The actual dish is close to Alectown on the Newell Highway. Aircraft leaving Sydney and heading for Asia use the Parkes Radio Telescope Dish as a navigation point to make their right hand turn to the north east.
