 Could be. But somehow the windscreen seems to be too high. I'd go for a Simca 8-1200 from 1950+.

 Very fuzzy . see an Opel Olympia 1950 as far as I can see...

 I agree with Opel Olympia. I think it's too low and wide for a Juvaquatre, and I *think* the headlights are faired into the bonnet, so not a Simca.
