This is one of the 181 left-hand drive [B24S] Spiders produced between the end of December 1954 and October 1955. Curiously, only the cars produced between July and December 1956 were officially called "America" and were not Spider, but Convertibile ( they didn't have this windscreen but the more conventional one and also doors with quarterlights ). |
