 Older Ford E-Series hackjob with a newer 2008+ front end.

 1995-1998 Ford Econoline or 1999-2000 E-Series. Due to the year range leaning toward Econoline I will label it as such and this would be an E-350 as it is a news van. Those wheels were not offered prior to 1995 but we do have a few 1992's with a hackjobbed front end so until the tail lamps are shown I guess 1992 is better.
