Very complicated matter with these ones, because the builders went all ninja and changed names and companies all the time. Originally known as Wadham Stringer for a long time, the company was bought by Customline in the mid-1990s and they formed the Universal Vehicle Group (UVG). In August 2002, UVG was merged with Modular Ambulances to form UV Modular. That's the shortened version - the full story is more complicated and includes a phase as WS Coachbuilders Ltd. (= Wadham Stringer encrypted), who premiered the Premia model - but that's where my archeological results end at the moment.
