Standard Catalog says no US Vauxhalls after 62my when FB Victor was the only offering, although some leftover sales into 63. Good account here of how CDN got 2 parallel strands of FCs - the Envoy (as said above) - "Canadian Chevrolet-Buick dealers once again got their own variant, the Envoy, offered as the Special sedan and Sherwood wagon. Only badges, a U.K.-market VX4/90 specification grille and minor trim variations distinguished Envoys from their Vauxhall cousins." ![]() The other strand was normal Vauxhall FCs sold thru Pontiac dealers, such as this derelict 101 Super with Alberta plate from the same link ![]() ![]() ![]() So ex-CDN the best explanation; as a fallback some may have been sold in Mexico (no idea whether they actually were, but plausible they tried), so another possible cross-border infiltrator. |
