Another 50-second road safety film from COI Collection Volume Six: Worth the Risk?. Basically old folk will randomly lurch out into the middle of the road and shuffle around more slowly than tranquilised snails, and just like cows in India, everyone should treat them with courtesy and respect as they drive round them or stop and wait.... And wait.... And wait..... But unlike cows in India, these coffin-dodgers should also learn some road sense and how to cross safely like the rest of us do. Maybe a film about using pedestrian crossings would be a start, and a message that standing in the road while smiling stupidly and tipping your hat is not a good strategy. imdb and DVD booklet say 1971, but the Capri has confirmed Oct 72 plate. Rejects - tatty Ford D-Series with long bed, tatty Triumph 2000 Mk1 - 1971-ish Renault 4 with metallic, 1971+ Transit LWB |
