16 minute view of Glasgow - listed with various dates 1963/1965/1966 depending where you look - my hunch is 1963 rather than later. Can be seen here, some info and extract here.

It's also apparently on one of the BFi British Transport Films Collection DVD sets

Volume Two: See Britain By Train. I haven't gone near these before - apparently there's 12 sets altogether - but just picked up 4 volumes as a cheap ebay job lot, so they may well surface on imcdb at some stage if they're any good.

Some good aerial shots of Glasgow - first one is looking west along the Clyde - St Enochs station in right edge and foreground railway and bridge all long gone now, ditto all the docks and there's now the M8 Kingston Bridge; university and Kelvingrove museum from NW - foreground still the same but distant docks all gone

George Square looking east with City Chambers in front - the street running into bottom left corner was big World War Z location; somewhere which could be anywhere

Hampden Park cup final, Rangers vs Celtic in the days when football was a real game
[Image: fball.jpg] [Image: fball2.jpg]
..... in those days it was the law that they were the only 2 teams who could reach cup finals. Must have been some amazing queues for the half-time pies and cups of Bovril.

A paddle steamer on the Clyde which is not the Waverley (2 funnels, red) :wow:

... I guess it's the D.E.P.V. Talisman

... "the world's first diesel-electric paddle vessel, built in 1935"
