10 minute film from 1924, part of the "Wonderful London" series produced by Graham Wilcox Films and directed by Harry B Parkinson & Frank Miller. Released in 2012 on a BFI dvd

with 12 of these films (apparently there were 20+ altogether). It's the third of the 6 extras on the DVD; can't find it on youtube, but BFI site should work instead.

Loads of buses and taxis as usual with these films, but they're all beginning to look very samey so have only grabbed the more identifiable ones.

Rejects (but may contain gold nuggets among the dust.....)

I was intrigued by this blurry one

.... shiny (RR-like??) bonnet mascot and unexpected vertical tail

Yes it does resemble a Rolls-Royce, possibly an early Twenty, but it is so fuzzy that you can't be certain. The other point is that Royces always came as chassis only in this era, and the owners occasionally persuaded the coachbuilders to produce odd creations to meet their own design ideas.

The van with oval windows is probably a Model T, rear suspension looks that type.

Possibly worth mentioning that another Leyland LB-type bus (the third on IMCDb) is seen, I believe at about 09:06, the DVD quality may be better.

The tour of central London in "the last remaining horse bus" continues with the same old driver and coach in the next film London's Contrasts. They both have completely unique footage, but several sequences were filmed in one go then split between the films.
