That is correct, Oslo sentrum = downtown Oslo (the area around Majorstuen, Nathionaltheatret and Stortinget to be precise)

Sorry :( I won't refrain from handing out info again. This is about building the new subway in downtown Oslo, whereas the old railway was overused.

Well, sortof. It says in the title cards (visible on some pictures) that it is produced by Norsk Dokumentarfilm A/S (Norwegian Documentary-film INC.) but the lenght of the film is more of a short movie and these were shown on cinemas prior to the movie (sort of an appetizer :D). So I don't know, documentary or short movie, either one of the two. Additionaly, on the back of the DVD-cover it says they're short-movies.
