Additional captures from the HD theatrical trailer. Added some missing vehicles from the trailer, and added additional thumbnail captures to complement the existing captures made by badlymad.

Some rather obvious Skype product placement (they had to add the logo, or else it was not so obvious which software they were using :D)

Some rather obvious United States Marine Corps advertisement as well :p
But seriously, this was a fun movie. I enjoyed it.

Ford_Guy, were you scared aliens would come knocking on your door? :D

It's actually incredibly funny that you say that. I go to school and work on Lincoln Blvd. facing the beach near Santa Monica. The film takes place in Santa Monica near the beach and at one point a character in the movie states that the Air Force will bomb the beaches from Lincoln Blvd. to the coast (although those scenes were actually filmed in Louisiana if I remember correctly). So if Battle LA had really happened, the aliens would have literally been knocking on my door and I would have had no chance of survival

That’s neat, well sort of (not the supposed destruction of your hometown) You know what I mean. I don’t think you (or any of us) will ever have to worry about hostile aliens. At least I hope not... :D

Ehh, I think everybody's too worried about the economy right now to be concerned about aliens :p

What would the aliens think in that case? Maybe the same? :p

If had I had choose between an alien invasion or a zombie invasion, I’d rather have zombies. Neither one is good, but I think humans could survive zombies better than aliens.

That would be an interesting poll to start on the IMCDb forums...
