I have no doubt that it is a Morris Marina. Note, besides the details DynaMike mentioned, the fresh air intake area, which is also slightly different on a Cortina. Placement of the wiper stems, position and size of the wiper blades, presence of a latch for the convertible top at the center of the windshield frame, and an accentuated central crease on the hood, extending to the windshield – by this combination of clues I venture the guess that the car is a 1953-54 Chevrolet. Link to "www.remarkablecars.com" Most probably a Bel Air, although in ’53 a few thousand 210 convertibles were produced as well. |
