1981 Chevrolet C-10 Scottsdale Fleetside Dark Floors (2008)	Neptune	GM rounded-line ambulances are becoming increasingly rare with every passing year, and as far as I know, none are still used in service. This movie was filmed entirely in Finland, so I’m sure rounded-line ambulances are quite rare there, and the producers apparently wanted American vehicles for the parking garage. I have not seen the movie, but I assume the story is set in the U.S., and thus, the vehicle is supposed to be in the parking garage of a hospital somewhere in the U.S.	2012-06-14 05:22

1981 Chevrolet C-10 Scottsdale Fleetside Dark Floors (2008)	Neptune	Certainly a rounded-line that has undergone the Frankenstein treatment. It is/was a 1981-1982 Chevrolet C-10 Scottsdale Fleetside, starting life as a half-ton class pickup. The front bumper is from the 1973-1980 model years and so, not factory correct. The front wheels, while five lugs, are aftermarket and not factory correct. The cab reveals it once had body-side bright work moldings optional on Fleetside versions. A one-ton class axleset was added, along with an ambulance body. Unless changed after it's manufacture, it would have left the factory with either an 4.1 liter 250 inline-six, 5.0 liter 305 pushrod V-8 with electronic spark control (ESC), or a 5.7 liter 350 diesel V-8 engineered by GM’s Oldsmobile division.	2012-05-31 03:43

Maybe some unprofessional hack-job? its not uncommon to do so, for example, we have a 1981-1982 with a 1985-1988 grill /vehicle_333002-Chevrolet-C-10-1981.html and two of them with Ford Taillights /vehicle_329649-GM-C-Series.html /vehicle_279716-Chevrolet-C-10-1981.html the one in the first link having an odd dually arrangement	2012-03-24 15:26
