I love his wife's 57 Ford wagon...glad to see she upgraded in 62. Also the Unknown in 1:03 above may be the 52 Studebaker mentioned. In another episode there is a 50-51 Studebaker Bulletnose coupe....and the Rambler mentioned (or one with a continental kit) has been in a couple of episodes...like when Drapers wife goes to the bank in 1.12 or 13.	2008-08-11 02:26

1957 Ford Country Sedan Mad Men (2007-2013)	carguy60	There were 2 similar, but not identical '57 Country Sedans used in this scene, which was filmed on a Pasadena street on 5/7/07. One car was used before the crash and the other was fitted with a damaged grille and used after the crash. Here are some photos that were taken by a friend of mine who was on the set that day. It was purchased from Universal Studios. This episode was filmed on a Pasadena street on 5/7/07. Here is a photo of it on location. Here's a few photos of the '50 Buick. [final edit!] turquoise car (first on left): early 50s GM full-size sedan. black sports car second from right: Porsche 365? the other turquoise car with white roof: if I am seeing portholes, then it is a 55-56 Buick. No strips on the rear deck so it is certainly not a 56 Roadmaster. In the other image of these cars the portholes are clearer, so this should be a 56 Buick Special. I will wait for confirmation.
