Zoomed to 400% it looks like a North American-spec 200 series with quad sealed-beam headlamps and a big bumper. P.S. Visible at 2:32 in this behind the scenes video - and it is definitely left hand drive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3KBsYAYjC4 -- Last edit: 2017-01-25 01:49:23 |

According to Imdb part of the filming took place in Canada, which would explain the North-American aspect. When watching the clip, I noticed that the badge on the front wing says "VOLVO" rather than any specific model. Hence it's made 1980+, which also the door mirrors points at. Having alloys and a chromed grill argue this is a Volvo GL. I cannot see if it has the 1983+ plastic bumpers, but the instrument facia argue it's 1981+. |

From the behind the scenes video, it looks as if all the night-time streets are studio sets with CGI extensions for the upper floors. |
