Strange, CA MkII released January 1959 as short wheelbase only (as looks to be in the movie) but still with old Vauxhall Wyvern derived wheels and therefore hubcaps. "Standard equipment on these vehicles now are 13-in.-diameter wheels, instead of the 15-in.-diameter wheels previously employed". (Sept 1960) Link to "archive.commercialmotor.com" I suppose its possible the 13" wheels may have been an option earlier for special builds but unshure if the wheelhubs were the same? Edit: looking again at the chromed hubcaps they appear to be from the Vauxhall Victor [F]. I have never seen those on CA vans and not the totally different style hubcaps in the later change.
