Actually, not only that, but not Handi-Van either. The GMC version was the Handi-Van. If this is a Chevy, it's strictly the 108 Chevy Van.

This is definitely a 1967. There are no side marker reflectors. They were the only year of the 2nd gen GM vans like that. From the photo you cannot tell if it is a Chevy or GMC. You'd need to see the emblem on the front.
