Doors and last side window look this way - I mean reminds the Club of 4 design. Volvo F7? But still it looks strange like for it...

U.S. trucks were an impossiblility in Sweden in the 70's and 80's because of some rigourus chrash tests very few cabins could withstand. It was a one metric tonne concrete block of cylindrical shape almost looking like an oil barrel, which was attached by wires and dropped so as it could hit the A-pillars with full speed. Hence Scania and Volvo had almost monopoly in the Swedish truck market with very little competition from some Mercedes and some Ford. Also DAF and FIAT tried for a while.

This is a Volvo, and nothing else, either a F6 or a F7. Most probably a F613 because of the front wheel (smaller on the F611, different wheels and usually attached wheel ring on the F7).
