Dodge definetly,a civilian model I think made up to look like a wartime Canadian D60L |

A Dodge for me too: the hood emblem looks a lot more like a ram than like a globe. And a Fargo would have a different grille. A 1940 T110 would indeed be a RHD truck. This one is more likely a 1941+ 'Job-Rated' W-Series: 1½-ton WF, 2-ton Special WG (a truck with 2-ton specs but with a lowered GVWR) or 2-ton WH. Or a possible 3-ton WK, if a 1941-42 model. But, strangely enough, it doesn't have the 1941+ small park lamps on the cowl side. This said, Jale's 4th thumbnail shows a small hole just at the adequate location, which could lead to think that these lamps were removed... Due to the "make-up", impossible to say if it's a pre-war model on which the chrome trim was removed or a 1946-47 one (which came out of the assembly line without chrome trim aside from the cross on the grille) → 1941 Dodge W-Series? -- Last edit: 2016-11-20 09:43:46 |
