Suspect this is Dodge M601. The running boards (no spare tire indent) look more like the M601 rather than a WC. The inset of the Red Cross canvas cover reveals wheel arches that would be on the M601 and not on a WC. Additional view angles could help. The other inset pic of the solid green truck with canvas cover and side mounted spare tire is a different vehicle. |
