NSA 713H = Oct 69 to Feb 70, Aberdeen. Forth bridge toll-free since Feb 2008. I think toll booths were only built at the south end of the bridge - never at the north end. So southbound drivers paid as they drove off the bridge, which is what I think is happening here. Thumb with VW is southbound carriageway just before reaching north end of the bridge. |
