It was a Ford Model A at some time. Way too big to be an Austin 7.

Model T as the axle is so straight, from a car without front wheel brakes (Yes. I know that the Austin Seven was a four-wheel brake pioneer):

The spindles are very different on the latter Model A.

Spring sits also high, the front end of the frame typical of Tin Lizzie. Front wheels are from a later Ford.
