This grille and headlights were introduced in 2001 for Brazil. https://carros.mercadolivre.com.br/chevrolet/blazer/2001/ However, the turn signals didn't become clear until 2003, making this at least a 2003 model. https://carros.mercadolivre.com.br/chevrolet/blazer/2003/ The grille was used up until sometime between 2007-09 until it became phased out but the site isn't conclusive on the years so I'm not 100% sure on that.
