The campers sold in AUS were labelled Campmobile IIRC (please don't put IIRC in the heading) but this is a Westfalia which was never sold new down under. Probably made for another market, UK perhaps? Or an aftermarket roof (no Westfalia badge visible, vehicle colour mismatch, receptor is wrong for Westfalia) like one from Space Roofs, they ship to AUS so rather based on a Kombi? |

If complete Westfalia Campers weren't sold in Down Under, how was it with single items? AFAIK WEstfalia has sold all stuff for a Camper conversion as single parts, too And yes, there were a plenty of other manufacturers for that parts, some offered even cheeky plagiarisms. -- Last edit: 2016-10-13 10:35:16 |

The Sopru and the short-lived Dormobile local AUS conversions were sold through official VW dealers. Westfalia sold kits, but for the aftermarket stuff in AUS there's no info easily available. Perhaps @nzcarnerd has more info? |
