For your market the larger taillights were introduced May 2, 1961, for the rest of us they were available on cars made from from July 31, 1961 or MY1962 on. (So a German MY1961 could have either the older, or the larger taillights) 1958-61 as stated by @rjluna2 in his usual subtle manner
