Is there any suggestion from the dialogue as to whether these are imports or UK production?

Maybe, are important to add any category called "harvesters", because appears an interesting number in IMCDb.

No. Voiceover is just a series of pompous historic and literary quotations about Englishness without any direct referencing to footage. But this quote suggests full UK production "The first self-propelled Combine harvester in Europe was assembled in Manchester, UK in 1947 before full design and production began at M-H’s Combine factory in Kilmarnock, Scotland in 1948. The M-H 780 was one of the most successful produced there and went on to become one of the first to be fully branded Massey Ferguson." Kilmarnock matches the Troon headboard logo and the registration office for the AEC truck.

Indeed, it's almost certainly Kilmarnock.

Aren't we just guessing on the model? They could be a 410 or 400 or 415 or something, couldn't they? Btw does anyone know the production years on the 300s?
