Super Van. By this year only the [E-200] & [E-300] were converted into campers. [E-100] was no longer used after 1971 as a chassis for a 'factory' authorized conversion. There may be other one off or or custom [E-100] conversions out there as the 'vanning' craze was full in effect. [E-100] was the cheapest out of the 3 chassis so that does not seem too far fetched that people used the [E-100] to build their own custom campers. Prior to 1975 (have not looked at 1975-1991 brochures yet) Ford did NOT make any wheel chair access vans. So IF any exist it must be a one off or extremely rare conversion. This particular model is a high top camper. I do not know who converted this one yet. I will change from Van/mpv to mobile home like the rest of them. |
