Filmed in USSR, so I think the plate is from there, too. Not Dutch or British. By the combination close to Israelian, but that's rather unlikely. |

So it seems to be a plate issued to cars belonging to foreign companies operating in Russia, no more used since 2002. Now the only yellow plate in Russia belongs to public transport, but with a different format. |
