There's no solid reason I've ever seen that any Transit should have origin D, as amongst other reasons as far as I can tell there was never any production in D. Doesn't mean that all Transits should switch to origin UK, particularly late ones as UK build stopped in 2013, but it's difficult to define what origin is best for late ones, apart from saying D doesn't really work. A UK build sold in D is worth highlighting because the general assumption is most early/mid Transits for Europe came from Genk. |
