From left, van; Vauxhall Light Six; Six light saloon; Ford Eight Deluxe 7Y; Standard Sixteen/Twenty à la Dr Blake. My best guesses for the van, Austin Ten, and the saloon, Humber or big Hillman, but these are guesses. |

As it's the most obvious, it's the one I want. Seems Humber Snipe 80 is a good fit - particularly the high sidelight mountings and the series of separate flaps on bonnet side - Link to "www.spanglefish.com" , Link to "s3.spanglefish.com" and a photo on p69 of Robson Cars of the Rootes Group; nothing else Hillman or Humber pictured in that book seems to match these. |
