@andrepa: I could have misunderstood your post above but the larger indicators were introduced November 1963, slightly into MY1964. Self-parking wipers (off-set to the right, parking to the left, all markets) came with the larger windows for MY1965. @130rapid: Yes, and also seems to have the thicker side trim, so a 1966 only.
