 Looks like 1962/63 Volkswagen Cabriolet to me :think:

 German market De Luxe and Standard got these taillights May 2nd 1961. However no mention of the convertible, so Karmann would probably use the older lamps through July. The decklid was changed for 1964, leaving this car a 1962-63 indeed.
