These cars were not called Opera Coupe .In 1939 ,Plymouth offered a business coupe and a rumbleseat coupe in the Roadking model P-7 series and in the DeLuxe model P-8 series , but few rumbleseat coupes were produced. This one appears to be a Roadking P-7 business coupe ( absence of chrome lining of running boards and smaller tire size of 5.50X 16 inch ) but major diffence to confirm is not visible here :Roadkings had still a floor mounted gearshift , DeLuxes a column mounted one. |

I understand that a 5-window coupe was meant in contrary to the 3-window coupe. As far as I know, there was no longer a 3-window coupe available, so it as not necessary to differenciate that. |
