Pre-86 as no wing indicators (which rules out The Golden Age Of Obscure Mini Editions For Europe), 73+ for door mirror. Accessory shop grille, probably accessory shop alloys. So probably accessory shop arches rather than factory. No tints, nice paint but probably pimped. So I think just a neatly upgraded Mini 1000 Mk3 or Mk4. Ep 12.02 looks a different Mini - bigger smoothed arches and oval mirror. Something newer, possibly also enhanced, from a 1980 Mini 1000 HL or similar.
