Horizontal blinkers, front face holes and inverted "T" grille of a 1958-61 Series II / 1961-68 Series IIa indeed. The location of the former headlamp is still visible on the right (i.e. left part of the picture ;) ), and the ones on the fenders are located too low: as already said by dsl, not a 1969-71 Series IIa / 1971-85 Series III.

If I'm not mistaken, only a clear close view of the windshield vent hinges could help to tell a Series II from a Series IIa (screwed hinges vs. welded ones):
