Judging by the two-tone paint scheme that includes the side stripe, it could be a 1962+ Anglia Super [123E].

Not a Super as no roundel on rear pillar - just a painted-up 1960+ deluxe [105E]. Unusual setting to find one.

Where this scene was filmed?

I bet, an absolute Anglia-free, also Minx-free country would be Germany ;) Never officially imported, even on classic car events I have never seen one with German registration. Obviously noone has imported used, resp.classic ones from Austria, Denmark, Holland or Belgium, where they were sold (even in remarkable amounts, if we look for all, we have listed here).

At least this goes for all British Fords, Vauxhalls, and the very most Rootes Group-cars.

I had never realised how deprived Germany was in the 60s. But if we'd sent you Anglias and Minxes you'd only have started whingeing about Lucas electrics, so it's your own fault.
