CougarTim ◊ 2008-09-16 16:36	It's a snorkel, fitted so that the car can ford rivers without flooding the air intake. On an unrelated note, the red sports car visible in the background is a Mitsubishi Starion or Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth Conquest.
