Not really a new production: it was in fact just a rebadging of the WFT-Series due to the end of the 1951-77 commercial agreement between White and Freightliner. This page of the 1977 Freightliner Truck Consolidated Freightways Annual Report says that the Freightliner trucks regained their badge in 1976 (= 1977 MY?). |
