It is not a big car - maybe a Rockne?

It apparently has front and rear suicide doors ,so not a Rockne : those had front doors opening in the safe direction.Could be a 1933 Plymouth PC or a 1932-1933 Essex Terraplane sedan.Since it has different fender color not usually seen on Plymouths and quite straight side window and grille lines I'd go for the Essex Terraplane but fine details are lacking to be sure.In the foreground is a Packard Convertible Victoria ca 1948

With the new, clearer picture we can see it does not have suicide front doors, taking '32 Essex off the table.

That rear corner is quite big - 1932 Nash?

The car in the foreground is not a Packard. It's the '48 Studebaker seen elsewhere.

As for the background car my first thought was a '31 Dodge. The wheels look correct for Dodge. Two tone paint is also correct for Dodge. Rear suicide door is correct also.

Looks like a chrome vertical trim piece between the hood and cowl, too, which is characteristic of the Dodge.

Probably a DH Six.
