The folding windscreen would suggest a roadster/open tourer, while the door looks rather like that of a drophead coupé... a rare enough combination to base a guess on: 1938-40 Lagonda Rapide. It's probably the same car, identified as an LG 6, that was used in some other Hollywood movies in the late forties: [1], [2]. |
