It's either a Laurentian or a Catalina (both models were available here then)

Laurentian was specific for the Canadian market, made by Acadian-GM Canada in Oshawa's plants(like the CDN-made Acadian Canso--CDN-60s Chevy Nova--or Acadian Beaumont--CDN-60s Chevy Caprice)

Acadian-GM Canada? Acadian was a canadian Pontiac model name. GM Canada built cars from most GM divisions (originally McLaughlin Buicks) in it's Oshawa plant and in the former Ste-Thérèse/Boisbriand plant.

My 1965 Buick Wildcat was made in Oshawa and it has many differences from the same model built in the United States but what about the CDN 60's Caprice vs the US models?

Seems they differs for specifics body trim and engine choices(recall on a motor magazine the drawing of a 1966 circa Chevrolet Beaumont Sport,a CDN-made almost-clone of US-made Chevrolet Caprice coupè)

PS Don't knew were built also Buick Wildcats in Canada(the few old GM-linked cars that I recall built in Canada were also the Chevy Chevette and the Pontiac Astre,a clone of Chevy Vega)

The Beaumont wasn't based on the Chevrolet Caprice. It was a Chevelle with Pontiac trim sold by Pontiac dealers (Pontiac Beaumont). Back in the 1960's the Pontiacs made in Canada shared a lot of parts with Chevrolets. The mid-size Beaumont had more in common with a Chevelle than it did with the Pontiac Tempest/LeMans sold in the United States. The full size Strato Chief, Laurentian, 2+2, Parisienne, Parisienne Custom Sport and Grande Parisienne looked like US Pontiacs (the Parisienne Custom sport and Grande Parisienne shared some trim with the US GrandPrix) but unlike them, they had Chevrolet powertrains and other minor differences. The Pontiacs that were exported to Europe by GM back then were the Canadian models.

The Oldsmobiles and Buicks made in Canada were closer to the US models as they kept their Buick and Oldsmobile powertrains. The main differences were interior trim in some models that was more luxurious than it was in the US models. For example, in the US, the 1965 Buick LeSabre was available in two trim levels, base and Custom. Here, only the more luxurious LeSabre Custom was available. Same for the Wildcat model, the base and DeLuxe trim weren't available in the Wildcats made in Oshawa for the Canadian market, only the plusher Wildcat Custom was built here. And the Wildcats built here had more standard equipment than it did in the US (auto trans, a clock, a trunk light and a console with a tach in the 2dr models). The 4 door models of the 1965-66 Wildcat made in Canada also had exclusive interior trim which was similar to the trim of the more expensive Electra 225 and Electra 225 Custom models. There was also a Wildcat Custom sedan (model 46669), a model which didn't exist in the States. For more information on Canadian Buicks, see the link to my '65 Wildcat on CarDomain in my profile page.
