Not a '65...it's a '63 I believe...like JFK's car. '65 had a more stodgy front end treatment.

from the episode "Down Time". A gang of lady car thieves (including future cast member Randi Oakes) steal the Lincoln with Jon and Ponch in hot pursuit. The thieves change into bikinis and drive the car off a pier into the water. The lady thieves get away by swimming to a party boat docked nearby as the Lincoln sinks.

Car in the chase is a '63, but the car sinking is a '64 (different rear end trim).

Yes, 62imperial is right. I don't recall if I saw this first run, but I do remember watching this in reruns on TNT circa early 1990s, and the Lincoln that goes into the water is actually footage from "Hawaii Five-O" episode 6-14: /vehicle.php?id=1119878

I remember the same Lincoln being used in another episode from that season. It's owned by a hitman, and plays a key role in the plot. This episode must have been filmed before episode 14 of this season as it goes into the harbor and is blown apart. POOR LINCOLN!!!! I hope it had a good life!
