I can't see if it has the 1952+ "push button" door handle, but the hood side logo shows most likely a 1951-52 model: it would look differently if a 1953 one. A light- duty (½-ton 3100) or a medium-duty (¾-ton 3600 / 1-ton 3800) model for sure, due to the hub caps. I suspect a 3100 or a 3600, but a view of the rear wheel arch would help to identify it more precisely.
