It's a Humber Sceptre 1963+. |

Not a Sceptre but a Singer Vogue 1961 Series 1. If it was a Sceptre it would have a slight curve at the back of the C pillar leading into the small fin that was unique to the Sceptre. Details as here /vehicle_82948-Singer-Vogue-1961.html |
