 Cab looks Bedford.

 Possibly a Bedford WTL or WLG but no real detail of windscreen, bonnet length or radiator.

Either vertically (WTL 3-ton) or horizontally (WLG 2-ton) split windscreen possible.

edit: shorter bonnet and therefore front overhang is seen so Bedford WTL 3-ton.
